William Martin “Bill” Nelson was born November 3, 1942, to Wendell O. and Bettie J. Nelson. He passed away at the age of 25 on February 19, 1968, in a Wichita hospital. Survivors include his parents; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Martin Hageman, Riley, KS; and Oliver Nelson, Leonardville.
Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Thursday at the Riley Presbyterian Church with Rev. Carter McKemy officiating. Burial will be in the Riley Cemetery. Respect calls may be made Wednesday evening at the Holmes Funeral Home.
