Gerald Stuckey, 1942-2020
Gerald Lewis Stuckey passed away February 24, 2020, in Wichita, Kansas, at the age of 78. He was the son of Edward and Lillian Kootz Stuckey. Raised in Wichita, Jerry (at right) graduated from East High School in 1960.
In high school, Jerry was a member of the Motion Picture Operators Club. He assisted teachers with motion pictures and with other instructional equipment that required technology skills.

Jerry retired from the Wichita Board of Education Maintenance Department, where he had worked as a School Service Center Custodian. He was a qualified electrician who was valued by friends for helping out with household electricity problems.
Preceded in death by his parents, Jerry is survived by his uncle, Alva Cook of Wellington, KS; aunt, Alberta Jordan of Wichita, KS; and numerous cousins.
A visitation was held from 6-8 pm, Friday, February 28, 2020, at Resthaven Mortuary, with Graveside service 10:00 am, Saturday, February 29, 2020, at Wichita Park Cemetery.
