Joanne Pritchard Frank
Joanne Frank, age 77 of McMurray, Pa formerly a long-time resident of Dallas, TX, passed away
peacefully with her family by her side on July 9th, 2019. Joanne was born on September 9th, 1942 in Wichita, KS, and graduated from East High School in 1960. She was the daughter of the late Joe and Martha Pritchard and the sister of the late Mike (Margie) Pritchard.

She married the love of her life, David “PopPop” Frank in 1961. Together they raised their two daughters, Shelby and Kirstin. JoAnne earned her degree in Nursing from The University of Pittsburgh, and was passionate about her job as neonatal nurse for many years at Baylor Hospital in Dallas TX.
She enjoyed traveling and scuba diving. She took many trips around the world, including trips with each of her grandchildren. She loved singing along to musicals, and watching old time movies. She loved to sew, tell stories about her cherished times with her husband, and especially loved being with her family.
JoAnne’s smile and laugh were contagious. Her genuine spirit made everyone feel at home. Whatever life threw at her, she was able to handle anything with her unwavering faith in God.
Joanne was the beloved wife of the late David E. Frank, devoted mother of Shelby (Robert) Brey, and Kirstin (Keith) Lewis, adored and loving “MomMom” of Alex Hillen, Nikki (Andy) Aguilera, Kara (Sam) Felicetti, Kellie (Johnny) Heath, and Kyle Lewis and “Great MomMom” of Penelope Aguilera and Cole Felicetti.
All of whom she loved and touched deeply. There aren’t enough words to describe how unique, infectious, kind, and loving Joanne was. She will be greatly missed by everyone.
Josie Prichard Was always an easy going, colleague who seemed to sparkle naturally. I never heard a negative thought from her and often asked if anyone knew where she moved to. I might have lived in Dallas at the same time she was there.
