Editor’s Note
At East High, Melvyn played the baritone horn in the school’s impressive band. Here’s a clip of the horn section from the 1960 yearbook photo.
Melvyn has sent copies of some favorite photographs he made of musical Legends of the 70’s. Coming soon: we hope to publish his photos on the Gallery page.
The “Tribute to Army Veterans” published on this website on 11/11/20 has been updated to include Melvyn Richardson’s service. You can read the Veterans postings by going to Community Page’s Categories and scrolling down to Veterans.
Thank you for sharing this, Melvyn. I am looking forward to seeing some of your photographs, whether musical legends or otherwise. Photography is a very expressive art form that I immensely enjoy. David Kroenlein
