Obituary, Henderson, TN, October 28, 1994: Ronald Lester Phillips, 52, died on October 26, 1994,at Jackson-Madison County Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee. Services were held on October 28 at Leon Johnson Funeral Home and burial in Old Ebenezer Cemetery in Medon.
Mr. Phillips was an insurance adjuster and appraiser. He is survived by his son Jerry Phillips and his mother Florence Wingard Phillips, both of Henderson, Tennessee.
