Ken Roger Palmer was born February 13, 1942, to Ralph W. and Iva M. Palmer in Wichita, KS. He was the twin brother of Keith Palmer, a 1960 Wichita East High graduate and had an older brother Donald L. Ken was employed as a roofer for Best Roofing and Siding.
He passed away March 1, 2003, and is buried at Sunset Lawns Cemetery, El Dorado, KS.
