Treva Ivey Bridjette, 1942 – 2023
Treva Bridjette, loving mother and friend, passed away peacefully on April 2, 2023. Born on September 8, 1942, Treva lived a life filled with joy and touched the lives of those around her.
Treva graduated from Wichita East High School as a member of the Class of 1960. (Left, in 1960)
She is survived by her children and step children Wayne Best, Stephanie Sharp, Adrianne Bridjette, Jennifer Noon, Wayne Bridjette, Connie Lee and Kyle Sutton. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Treva was known for her kind and compassionate nature, leaving a lasting impact on everyone she met.
In memory of Treva Bridjette, friends and family are encouraged to cherish the moments they shared with her and celebrate her life. Her spirit will live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.

“I’m very sorry to learn of Treva’s death. We were high school friends, and we walked to and from East High (Wichita, Ks) together for three years. She had come from Rome, Italy with her parents and sister Diane just before her sophomore year. I admired her keen intelligence and appreciated her quiet nature. Although our paths took us to different places, I never forgot Treva’s friendship and the warmth of her parents and Diane. My condolences go to her extended family.”
