I was fairly well acquainted with Pat. We must have been in the accounting class together. Summer after our senior year, my dad needed someone at Aladdin Petroleum to put old files on microfilm. I recommended Pat, and he hired her. She set in a cubicle all day microfilming as she listened to her radio. Occasionally, I did some work with her. She took mainly business courses at East and graduated with a 4.0 as I recall, but wasn’t recognized for that as much as those who took the liberal arts courses. She was a sweet girl, and I’m sorry we have no current information about her.
