Wanda Pearl Diggs of Washington, DC, formerly of Wichita, Kansas, died April 19, 2003. Ms. Diggs worked as Grant Facilitator for the Department of Aging. She graduated from Emporia State Uni
versity in 1964 and then went to work in Washington, DC.
She is survived by her brothers Bobbie Diggs of Washington, DC, and Cecil Diggs, Jr., of Woodridge, Maryland; her aunt-mother Jessie Foust, cousin-sister Regina Foust, and uncle Presley Lorance, all of Wichita. (Left, Wanda Diggs, 1960)
