Dick Kelley, 1942-1965
Richard Delbert Kelley, age 23, died Wednesday, July, 1965 in St. Louis. He attended East High School in Wichita, KS, graduating in 1960. A graduate of the Missouri School of Mines in Rolla, he moved to St. Louis in February to work as an electrical engineer at McDonnell Aircraft Company.
He was a member the Tau Beta Pi, Phi Kappa Phi, and Beta Nu, honorary engineering fraternities, and the Cleveland Avenue Church of Christ.
Survivors include his widow, Brenda Lee; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Anderson Kelley of Wichita; and two sisters, Sharon Ramsey of Mulvane and Carol Kelley of Wichita.
Services will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday at the Cleveland Avenue Church of Christ. Burial will be at White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Downing Mortuary Downtown has charge.
