Dee Clark Sorsabel, 1960

Dee Clark Sorsabel peacefully passed away December 20, 2017  at San Antonio Regional Hospital, in Upland, CA,  surrounded by her loving family.

Dee was born on  August 14, 1941 in Bethany, MO, to Mary (Cumming) Clark and Lloyd Clark. Dee grew up a true Mid-Westerner, living in Missouri, Iowa, and Kansas. She held the traditions of that life close to her heart. (Left, Dee in 1960)

Dee worked for many years, in various jobs, but real estate sales was her forte. Over the years she helped many people find their dream home. She was a member of Daughters of the Nile, Merret Temple #103, and the Ladies Oriental Shrine of North America, El Riva Court #102, Riverside, CA. Dee held many offices in this court and became the High Priestess in 1992. She was a devoted member and helped the Shriner’s Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles in so many ways.

She is survived by her husband, Donald Sorsabel;  son and daughter in-law Tim and Donna Talley;  step-daughter and son in-law Deborah and Danny Van Horn; step-daughter Rachael Sorsabel; grandsons Sean Conroy, Kyle Conroy, and Devin Talley; niece Debbie Clark; niece and husband Denise and Andy McFadden; niece Deanne Clark; and many great and great-great grand nieces and nephews.

A celebration of her life will be held on January 26 at the El Bekal Shrine Center, 1320 S. Sanderson Ave., Anaheim, CA at 12:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Shriner’s Children’s Hospital. Please sign the guest book, www.presstelegram.com /obits.
