Ron Hillig, 1942-1985
Ronald Dean Hillig passed away on January 21, 1985 at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Born in Wichita Kansas in 1942, he was the son of Thomas and Juanwita Hillig. A 1960 graduate of Wichita East High School, Mr. Hillig served in the U.S. Navy in Vietnam.
After graduating from the Oregon Institute of Technology, Mr. Hillig moved from his native Kansas to Arizona in 1970. He worked as an X-Ray technician.
He is survived by his wife Patricia; daughter, Tracy Ann; father, Thomas Hillig; and a sister.
Services will be held at North Phoenix Baptist Church, 5757 Central. Grimshaw Bethany Chapel made arrangements.
Mr. Hillig is buried at the National Memorial Cemetery in Phoenix, Arizona.
